The Good Hello

The Good Hello is operated by Butterfly Management LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using thegoodhello.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Good Hello is a guided, self-reflective career-recovery experience featuring AI-assisted conversations. It is offered as career support and coaching.
Responses within the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your particular situation. Please use your own judgment and do not rely on them as professional advice.
We use passwordless (magic-link) sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Access to the full experience is a one-time payment of $549 for lifetime access, processed by Stripe. All sales are final — purchases are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of what you write. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including generating your keepsake documents.
The Service’s design, text, framework (including “The Good Goodbye” approach), and related materials are the intellectual property of Butterfly Management LLC. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Butterfly Management LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Butterfly Management LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
